The Installation Process
Our Liner System is mechanically affixed to the building and is one piece of material that runs between the main beams and runs from the peak to the eve line. This means there are no seams that are stapled or taped together, eliminating the possibility of the material coming apart. Our ceiling liner system is attached to the building using metal strips that run from the peak to the eave line, spaced about 3 feet apart. The material goes in between the strips and the ceiling and is tech screwed through the metal strip, through the material and into the purlins. It is also affixed like this to the main beams so there is no chance it will detach or have openings. We have had our system installed at clubs for over 30 years with no punctures or openings. This also allows us to pull the material very tight, eliminating wrinkles in the material. The look of the facility is superior to anything else we have seen because we are able to pull it so tight.
