We wanted to share the finished photos from our project at the prestigious Club Greenwood facility located in Greenwood Village, CO.
The 52,000 square foot tennis club is a former USTA Tennis Facility of the Year with seven indoor clay courts (the largest number of indoor clay courts in the Western United States). We were tasked with installing our indirect LED Lighting System over all seven of the indoor tennis courts as well as safely removing and disposing of the previous lighting system. The system our team was replacing was in fact an LED system that had only been added to the club in recent years, however the light levels were not where the club needed them to be.
Following preliminary site visits and careful consideration for the best possible results, our team proposed a lighting layout that would ensure light levels that aligned with the Club’s expectations. An efficient installation was an important factor due to the Club’s busy court schedule. Because of this, our team traveled ahead of the official project start date to ensure all material was prepared and ready for the start of work to allow them to move swiftly between courts.
When we were finished, our team completed a light analysis and the results were outstanding. Light levels increased by 163% as an average across all 7 courts, and foot candles readings went from an average of 36 to an average of 95. We could not be happier with the results, and the photos show the true transformation our system had on this facility.
